Job Description

Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and appliance systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for staff and customers alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the overall success of our operations. Maintenance will take place in multiple locations (two facilities in Rudolph and one facility in Marshfield). Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on processing machinery, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Conduct repairs on HVAC units, refrigeration systems, and other mechanical components as needed. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in accordance with operational procedures. Collaborate with team members to diagnose complex issues, develop repair strategies, and improve overall maintenance processes. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including HVAC system repair, refrigeration systems, and industrial equipment. Hands-on experience with schematics reading for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues. Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices within commercial or industrial environments. Construction experience or background in building systems is a plus. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
