Maintenance Technician Apartment Complex | Shorewood, WI A well-established apartment community in Shorewood, WI is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on maintenance experience who takes pride in maintaining a safe, attractive property for residents.
Responsibilities include:
Minor plumbing and electrical repairs Carpentry and painting Preventive maintenance and inspections Apartment unit turns and repairs General grounds and property upkeep Participation in a rotating on-call scheduleQualifications:
