Job Description

We are currently searching for a dedicated CNC Maintenance Technician to bolster our manufacturing operations. Based in Sussex, WI, this position is an excellent fit for a professional seeking a consistent 1st shift schedule, potential for overtime, and a wide variety of daily tasks in a long-term, stable environment. Core Duties Ensure peak performance of CNC lathes and machining centers through proactive maintenance and rapid repairs. Help maintain operational efficiency by identifying and fixing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults. Execute comprehensive machine overhauls, including full tear-downs and electrical wiring. Utilize technical documentation and schematics to pinpoint the source of equipment malfunctions. Work alongside external vendors and original equipment manufacturers to address intricate technical challenges. Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance background, with a focus on CNC machinery. Advanced capabilities in diagnosing and resolving both mechanical and electrical problems. Expertise in reading and understanding complex technical drawings and electrical schematics. Demonstrated proficiency in wiring, system diagnostics, and maintaining accurate service records. Possession of a clean, valid driver's license.
