Job Description

We're seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing team. Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a skilled professional to join their on-site team in Sussex, WI. This Temp to Perm role offers a stable 1st shift schedule with opportunities for overtime and diverse responsibilities.
CNC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on CNC lathes and machining centers. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Conduct machine tear-downs, rebuilds, and wiring tasks. Use schematics and technical documents to identify root causes of issues. Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to resolve complex equipment concerns.
CNC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Over 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with CNC equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. Proficient in wiring, troubleshooting, and documenting maintenance activities. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
