Our client, a leading industrial company, is looking for an experienced technician to join their on-site operations in Sussex, WI. This Temp to Perm role offers a first shift schedule and the opportunity to work across CNC equipment and facility maintenance.

CNC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on CNC lathes and machining centers, including diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Conduct machine tear-downs, rebuilds, and electrical wiring, utilizing schematics and technical documentation. Collaborate with OEMs and outside vendors to resolve complex equipment concerns. Support general facility maintenance, such as HVAC, lighting, and exterior repairs. Document maintenance activities accurately in the computerized maintenance management system and communicate updates to teams.

CNC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, specifically with CNC equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Experience repairing CNC lathes and machining centers. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
