•Exterior Pros is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Window & Bath Measure Technician to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our window, door, and bath remodeling projects are properly prepared for installation by completing accurate final measurements, identifying installation requirements, and catching potential issues before materials are ordered. The ideal candidate has experience in residential remodeling, construction, windows and doors, bath remodeling, carpentry, or a related trade. We're looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working independently in customers' homes, and able to recognize potential installation challenges before they become problems in the field. Responsibilities Visit customers' homes to complete accurate final measurements for windows, doors, and bath remodeling projects Measure window and door openings and verify product sizes, configurations, and specifications Complete detailed measurements of existing bath and shower spaces for upcoming remodeling projects Verify measurements and project specifications against the original sales agreement and scope of work Evaluate existing conditions to determine installation requirements Identify potential issues involving framing, plumbing locations, walls, flooring, trim, siding, rot, access, or other site conditions Document measurements, photos, notes, and installation details thoroughly and accurately Determine necessary materials, accessories, and installation considerations for each project Identify discrepancies or concerns before products and custom materials are ordered Communicate findings and project requirements clearly with the production, sales, and installation teams Answer basic customer questions professionally while onsite and provide an excellent customer experience Maintain accurate and organized project documentation Work closely with project managers, installers, sales representatives, and office staff to ensure projects move smoothly from sale to installation Follow company procedures and safety standards while working at customer properties What We're Looking For Previous experience in residential remodeling, windows and doors, bath remodeling, carpentry, construction, or home improvement strongly preferred Ability to take precise measurements and confidently use a tape measure and other measuring tools Understanding of residential construction and remodeling practices Knowledge of window and door installation and/or bath remodeling is highly preferred Ability to recognize potential installation challenges and determine when additional review is needed Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think through projects before installation begins Professional communication and customer service skills Comfortable entering customers' homes and representing Exterior Pros professionally Ability to work independently, manage a daily schedule, and stay organized Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, photos, and digital project documentation Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, lifting, and working in residential construction environments Why Join Exterior Pros?
