2nd & 3rdHours:
2:30pm-11:00pm; 11pm to 7:30am Seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support manufacturing operations on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while supporting a highly tenured and employee-focused maintenance team. This is a direct hire opportunity in Walworth, WI. Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on manufacturing and production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repair solutions
- Work independently to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently
- Support production uptime by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Document maintenance activities as required
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams as needed
Maintenance Mechanic Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Industrial Maintenance Technician
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Experience working with industrial production equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
