1st Shift | Monday-Friday Van Holten's Pickles is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in Waterloo, Wisconsin. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime Assist with equipment upgrades, rebuilds, and installation projects Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements Complete maintenance work orders and related documentation Work closely with production and operations teams to improve equipment reliability What We're Looking For Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience working with motors, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, pneumatics, and hydraulics Experience troubleshooting production, packaging, or other industrial equipment Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings Familiarity with PLC-controlled systems is helpful Basic welding, fabrication, and machining skills are a plus Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and solve problems with urgency Comfortable working in a team-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) environment Employees are expected to provide standard personal hand tools appropriate for the role Why Join Van Holten's? $32.00-$38.00 per hour based on skills and experience Comprehensive benefits package Stable, growing company with ongoing investment in equipment and facilities Opportunity to make a meaningful contribution and help drive improvement Variety of equipment and maintenance challenges Family-owned company with family values Join the company that invented the Pickle-In-A-Pouch Van Holten's is a growing, family-owned food manufacturer with customers across the United States and around the world.
