MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

• 45 an hour Based on Experience Allied Resource Recovery is a locally owned and operated recycler that has been in business since 1938.

Our two retail collection and processing locations provide the public and our commercial customers with multiple sites to recycle in friendly, safe, and efficient service environments throughout the Milwaukee and Waukesha communities. We have an opening for a maintenance team member to assume responsibility for the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of our equipment, including balers, conveyors, forklifts, loaders, and related recycling equipment . Our primary maintenance facility is located near our main commercial processing plant in Waukesha. If you enjoy working independently in a smaller company environment, this may be an opportunity for you. We are a single-shift operation working days, Monday-Friday. Applicants will need several years of maintenance experience, preferably working with hydraulic equipment. Responsibilities will include preventive maintenance along with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues. A clean driving record is required to operate our company maintenance truck and travel between our two facilities as needed. You will also need to provide your own basic hand tools for this position.
