Position Summary Suburban Drywall is seeking a Scaffolding Maintenance Technician. The Scaffolding Maintenance Technician will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, assembling, dismantling, and organizing scaffolding materials at job sites. Key Responsibilities Load and unload scaffolding materials from trucks Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and according to company standards and OSHA regulations. Inspect scaffolding for damage, defects, or missing parts before and after they are used. Assist with material inventory and track equipment usage Maintain clean and safe work areas during set-up and tear-down Follow instructions from supervisors and work closely with other team members to meet deadlines Perform other duties as assigned to support field operations. Oversee material needed at job sites Deliver scaffolding to multiple job sites Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Previous construction or scaffolding experience preferred (training provided) Ability to carry up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working at heights Strong teamwork and communication skills
