$32.00- $42.
Shift:
2nd or 3rdHours:
1:45pm- 10:15pm or 9:45pm
- 6:45am A growing food manufacturing facility in Waukesha, WI is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support electrical and mechanical maintenance operations.
Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain food manufacturing and high-speed packaging equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance according to established schedules
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems
- Diagnose and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime
- Complete maintenance work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment and maintenance processes
- Maintain maintenance documentation and CMMS records
- Ensure maintenance shop cleanliness and organization
- Follow GMPs, safety standards, and food manufacturing regulations Requirements for
Maintenance:
- 2+ years of maintenance technician experience within food manufacturing
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience required
- Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent PLC systems
- Hands-on experience with high-speed packaging lines
- Food-grade welding experience required
- Knowledge of GMPs, safety, and food manufacturing compliance
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CMMS or maintenance software experience preferred
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred
