1:45pm
  • 10:15pm or 9:45pm
  • 6:45am A growing food manufacturing facility in Waukesha, WI is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support electrical and mechanical maintenance operations.
This role focuses on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and maintaining high-speed production and packaging equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Maintenance Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain food manufacturing and high-speed packaging equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance according to established schedules
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime
  • Complete maintenance work orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment and maintenance processes
  • Maintain maintenance documentation and CMMS records
  • Ensure maintenance shop cleanliness and organization
  • Follow GMPs, safety standards, and food manufacturing regulations Requirements for
Maintenance:
  • 2+ years of maintenance technician experience within food manufacturing
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • PLC programming and troubleshooting experience required
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent PLC systems
  • Hands-on experience with high-speed packaging lines
  • Food-grade welding experience required
  • Knowledge of GMPs, safety, and food manufacturing compliance
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CMMS or maintenance software experience preferred
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred
