Job Description

This role reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor; an individual in this role will assist with the daily and ongoing preventative maintenance of all WSB locations and any rented properties. What you'll be doing in the Facilities Maintenance Technician position: Knowledge and basic experience with HVAC, ability to learn or know building automation controls. Basic electrical skills, light fixture change out, ballasts, bulbs Plumbing skills, toilet repair, faucet repair/replace, drain cleaning Understanding of security aspects and importance of why Shared on call responsibility Flexible work hours Trouble shooting ability Other duties as assigned Back up for Mail Room Courier duties Certifications, Licenses, Registration None What you bring to

Experience Required 3-5 year's experience in commercial office maintenance, Preferred NA Education High School Preferred High School 3 years minimum field experience Additional education and/or experience: Basic computer skills, Outlook, MS Word, CMMS (Emaint) for work orders and willingness to learn and adapt to other programs used in this position. Working conditions Include if necessary or remove, based on job responsibilities : Additionally, an individual must be flexible in work schedule and have the ability to travel between office locations.
