Responsibilities:

• Responds to and organizes requests for repairs
• Develops maintenance inspection plan and does preventative work
• Maintains tools and equipment as necessary
• Scope of work includes electrical, heating and a/c, plumbing, small motors, some automotive maintenance
• Daily travel required to locations throughout Milwaukee and Madison metro areas

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Capable of lifting fifty pounds unassisted
• Ability to climb a ladder to 30 feet
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
