As an Apartment Maintenance Technician , you will build upon your previous experience and skills to contribute to the ongoing success of our community operations. You will be responsible for various tasks including, but not limited to: General/Grounds Perform painting tasks and minor drywall repairs. Plumbing Change shower trim/cartridges and replace toilets, wax rings, and surrounds. Check and report water heater issues. Electrical Change outlets and switches, as well as light fixtures and ballasts. HVAC Check common area boilers and diagnose furnace/air handler issues. Client/Company Impact Contribute to general grounds maintenance and painting tasks. Handle light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Utilize technology platforms for work orders and vendor relations. Participate in on-call rotations Office Contribution/Leadership Attendance at All-Company Meetings once a quarter. Active participation in weekly Maintenance Level 10 meetings. Training Requirements Work order management and continued development in maintenance skills. Successful completion of OSHA10 training course Successful completion of CPO training and exam, as needed Culture & Communication Exhibit creative problem-solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrate integrity and ownership in communication. Requirements 1-3 years experience in maintenance or related field preferred OSHA 10 and CPO certifications preferred, not required Proficient in maintenance tasks and technology platforms.
