Maintenance Mechanic Greenleaf, WI | $27-$32/hour | Direct Hire | 1st & 2nd Shift (+$2/hour on 2nd) About the Role This hands-on role operates and monitors a dairy-based renewable natural gas (RNG) facility that processes cow manure through mechanical and biological systems. You will collect samples, document production data, perform routine maintenance, and respond to operating issues. Direct supervision may be limited. This role includes an on-call rotation, and on-call operators must live within a 45-minute drive of the Greenleaf facility. Available schedules are 1st shift from 6:00 AM-2:30 PM or 2nd shift from 2:30 PM-11:00 PM. Pay is $27-$32/hour, plus $2/hour on 2nd shift. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pumps, piping, digesters, biogas upgrading and emissions systems, instrumentation, gas compression equipment, and SCADA
• Record and analyze production data, identify trends or abnormalities, and respond promptly to alarms and operating issues
• Collect, test, package, ship, document, and report gas, liquid, and solid process samples
• Perform routine facility maintenance and operate skid steers, loaders, forklifts, UTVs, and light trucks as needed
• Follow environmental and safety requirements for Lockout/Tagout, hot work, confined spaces, elevated work, spill/fire response, hazardous atmospheres, and safe electrical work
• Complete required training, reports, overtime, on-call coverage, and other assigned duties Required Qualifications
• General mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn Microsoft Office, maintenance-management, and procurement/inventory systems
• Ability to work with limited direct supervision, participate in overtime/on-call coverage, and live within 45 minutes of the facility when on call
• Ability to work outdoors around heat, cold, noise, dust, chemicals, manure, confined/elevated spaces, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds Preferred Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in maintenance or electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering, or 3+ years of related experience
• Experience with industrial safe work practices, hand tools, utility vehicles, elevated work platforms, or scissor lifts
• Ability to read construction drawings, P&IDs, electrical diagrams, and equipment manuals; knowledge of pumps, compressors, instrumentation, controls, PLCs, VFDs, SCADA, gas-production, lab, or filter-press equipment

$27.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
