We provide residential property preservation, maintenance and repair services throughout Raleigh County and surrounding areas and are looking for experienced individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. Position Overview As a Property Preservation Contractor, you will be responsible for handling landscaping, repairing, securing, and maintaining residential properties. This role requires a versatile skill set that includes general construction, maintenance, inspections, lawn care, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and preservation services. You will work independently and occasionally coordinate with subcontractors to ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Property Preservation & Inspections General Repairs & Maintenance Minor Plumbing and Electrical Lawn Maintenance Property Securing Exterior Maintenance Qualifications Required Proven experience in property maintenance, property preservation, construction, or general contracting. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Valid SSN, EIN, or business registration documentation. Preferred Property preservation industry experience. Experience managing subcontractors or small crews.
