In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality cleaning and maintenance services for ductwork, carpets, and flooring across commercial and residential settings. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of air ducts, vents, and HVAC systems to improve air quality and system efficiency. Conduct carpet cleaning using specialized equipment. Handle and apply various floor cleaning chemicals safely while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleaning equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and troubleshooting as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and addressing any concerns. Qualifications Prior ductwork or carpet cleaning experience preferred but not required. Experience handling chemical agents used in floor care and carpet cleaning preferred but not required. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as extractors, vacuums, and steam cleaners. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely. Familiarity with environmental services standards and safety regulations related to chemical use. We will teach if needed. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude.
