Responsibilities Perform a variety of residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, fixture installation, and general repair work Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs Troubleshoot problems and recommend practical solutions Communicate professionally with homeowners and business owners Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service on every job Follow company safety policies and procedures Qualifications 3+ years of paid experience in residential or commercial maintenance, remodeling, or repair Strong skills in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening The Right Person Is...
