Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Remodeler/Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of remodeling. Remodeling Bathrooms, kitchens and other areas as needed. Must have transportation, as the properties are throughout Kanawha County. Must have experience with plumbing and electrical, drywall, flooring, framing, all aspects of remodeling. Must be reliable, and a self motivator and able to work alone. Free Housing available. Duties Include but not limited to:
- Perform stud framing for walls and ceilings
- Carry out trim carpentry for finishing touches
- Install fixtures such as lighting and plumbing hardware
- Hang doors with precision
- Lay tiles for floors, walls, or other surfaces
- Kitchen Cabinets
- Installing toilets and vanities Experience The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in remodeling
- Proficiency in trim carpentry and fixture installation
- Skills in door hanging, and general maintenance person tasks
