Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment and systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably, supporting our commitment to operational excellence. Duties Plumbing and light electrical work such as changing outlets and installing lights Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan Diagnose and repair issues related to appliances, HVAC & refrigeration systems, mechanical systems, and kitchen equipment using schematics and technical manuals Install new appliances, HVAC units, and mechanical components following safety standards and manufacturer specifications Conduct troubleshooting for HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, and refrigeration systems to restore optimal performance Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries as needed Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures Collaborate with team members to lead small projects or assist in construction-related tasks when necessary Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical systems repair Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and blueprints for troubleshooting complex equipment issues Hands-on experience with appliance installation and repair across various types of kitchen equipment and appliances Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including air conditioning systems, refrigeration units, and related mechanical components Experience working with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures in a commercial or industrial setting Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely when performing repairs or upgrades Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients or team members about technical issues Join us as a Maintenance Technician if you're passionate about keeping facilities running smoothly through your mechanical expertise!
