Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with experience in facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where safety, efficiency, and quality are paramount. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in English and demonstrate leadership qualities to supervise maintenance activities effectively. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Operate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot and modify control systems. Conduct welding repairs and residential painting as needed for facility upkeep. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures to ensure accurate repairs. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety standards and procedures. Assist with facilities maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical repairs, and general building upkeep. Provide excellent customer service internally by coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Ohmmeters. Skilled in welding techniques and residential painting is a plus. Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred for overseeing maintenance teams or projects. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, customer service principles, and safety regulations is essential. Pay:
$14.00 - $20.00 per hour
