Duties Perform general exterior repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial properties Repair and maintain siding, trim, doors, fences, gates, decks, and other exterior features Perform basic carpentry, painting, caulking, and drywall repairs Power wash and clean exterior surfaces as needed Assist with gutter cleaning, minor roof repairs, and exterior drainage maintenance Replace damaged boards, trim, hardware, and other exterior materials Identify maintenance issues and recommend appropriate repairs Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Communicate professionally with customers and provide updates on completed work Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Skills This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to apply their skills in a rewarding environment.
