Job Description

Overview Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and seeing a different view every day? We are hiring an Operations Crew Member to install, maintain, and repair billboards throughout Bridgeport, WV and the surrounding areas. No prior billboard experience is required—we provide paid training and the equipment needed to get started. Pay & Schedule $15.00-$18.00 per hour (based on experience) Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Overtime may be available Paid training and opportunities for advancement PTO, paid holidays, medical benefits, 401(k) with company match, HSA, disability coverage, paid parental leave, employee stock purchase plan, and wellness incentives Responsibilities Install and replace billboard advertisements Perform maintenance and repairs on billboard structures Paint, tighten hardware, replace lights, and complete minor electrical repairs Cut brush and perform storm damage repairs as needed Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and construction equipment Document completed work with photos and written reports Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to complete OSHA 10 Construction training Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and at heights up to 200 feet Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Basic computer skills Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team Pass all pre-employment screenings. Please note that applicants will be asked to complete a brief pre-employment personality assessment as part of the hiring process.
Pay:
$25.08 - $30.21 per hour
