We're looking for a dependable and motivated Grounds & Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position combines landscaping, groundskeeping, custodial services, and event support , making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for visitors and guests. What You'll Do As a Grounds & Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll play an important role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our property by: Landscape & Grounds Maintenance Mowing, edging, trimming, and maintaining lawns Operating power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Trimming trees, shrubs, and landscape features Assisting with landscape improvement and maintenance projects Supporting irrigation and watering efforts as needed Performing routine groundskeeping tasks to maintain attractive outdoor spaces Custodial & Facility Support Picking up trash and debris throughout the property Cleaning and stocking restrooms Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining indoor and outdoor common areas Helping ensure facilities remain clean, safe, and guest-ready Assisting with general cleaning and upkeep responsibilities as needed Event Support Assisting with event setup and tear down Moving tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies Preparing event spaces and ensuring they are ready for guests Supporting facility operations before, during, and after events What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and take pride in a job well done. Preferred Qualifications ✔ Experience in lawn care, landscaping, groundskeeping, or facility maintenance ✔ Experience with custodial or janitorial duties is a plus ✔ Ability to safely operate hand tools and power equipment ✔ Strong work ethic and positive attitude ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✔ Reliable attendance and commitment to quality work ✔ Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies ✔ Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Why Join Our Team?
