Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and appliance systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently, safety standards are upheld, and operational disruptions are minimized. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the seamless functioning of our operations. A strong focus on customer service, safety, and technical excellence will help you succeed in this energetic role. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair issues like leaks, drywall issues, painting, etc. Install new appliances and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols. Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks across multiple sites while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system inspections. Collaborate with team members to complete complex repairs efficiently while providing excellent customer service to internal clients or external customers when necessary. Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a focus on common issues in a home Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, and equipment repair. Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting complex systems. Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus. Ability to operate construction tools and company vehicles safely while demonstrating leadership in team settings. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively. What is provided - Vehicle work truck & warehouse. Common tools are to be brought by the techincian. Any specialty tools needed on the job can be approved by management for purchase. Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
