Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance across residential apartments and common areas, including cleaning, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, carpentry, and painting. Use hand tools Assist with building interior maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry repairs, and fixture replacements to keep the property looking its best. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in plumbing system maintenance and repair. Experience with HVAC system repair and maintenance; familiarity with HVAC components is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and building interior upkeep. Prior experience in residential or facilities maintenance roles within property management or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
