The Wyngate Senior Living Community in Parkersburg, West Virginia is looking for a maintenance professional to work in our independent and assisted living campus! Primary responsibilities for this position include performing hands-on maintenance for all facets of the community, including repairs and general maintenance of apartments and other interior and exterior areas. At least 50% of the time involves apartment turnover, i.e. painting. This full-time position requires a self-starter with demonstrated experience in maintenance of multiple units. In addition to being a flexible team player, this person must be able to meet deadlines and work within a budget. Knowledge of state regulations as they apply to Fire & Safety is a plus. This position has on-call responsibility. Must be able to work and communicate effectively with cliental (seniors), must have Drivers License in good standing and be willing to submit to a background check.
