Part-time or Full-time — W2 employee or 1099 contractor (your preference) About the Position We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated person to help maintain a private residence and the surrounding property. This is a hands-on role covering a wide range of upkeep tasks, so we're looking for someone who can work independently, take pride in a job well done. Responsibilities Mowing, trimming, and general lawn and grounds upkeep Cutting, splitting, and stacking firewood Minor home repairs that don't require licensed or certified trades (patching, painting, fixture replacement, door and window adjustments, deck and fence repair, preventive maintenance on plumbing,electrical, and HVAC systems. Clearing, organizing, and maintaining outbuildings and storage areas such as the garage and barn Hauling, disposal, and general cleanup around the property Seasonal tasks such as gutter clearing, leaf removal, and snow clearing Other general maintenance and handyman work as it comes up What We're Looking For Prior experience with property maintenance, groundskeeping, construction, or general handyman work Comfortable and safe operating basic power equipment (mowers, chainsaws, string trimmers, common hand and power tools) Able to work outdoors in varying weather and handle physical labor, including lifting and carrying Reliable transportation to the job site Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision Details Flexible scheduling — hours can be arranged around your availability Ongoing, year-round work with tasks that vary by season Immediate start available To Apply Send a short message describing your relevant experience and your general availability.
