Full-Time Raw Resources Group is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Farm Construction & Equipment Maintenance Technician to assist with the maintenance and operation of company properties, equipment, and agricultural operations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety. One day may involve repairing a fence or installing plumbing, while the next could include operating heavy equipment, maintaining tractors, mowing, servicing machinery, or assisting with general property improvements. No two days are the same. Responsibilities Perform general carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Complete routine building maintenance and repairs. Repair and install fencing, gates, and other property improvements. Operate tractors, skid steers, excavators, loaders, and other equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and vehicles. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate major repairs when necessary. Mow, brush hog, grade roads, maintain drainage, and perform general grounds maintenance. Assist with farming and agricultural activities as needed. Haul equipment, materials, and supplies between properties. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner. Respond to maintenance needs as they arise and complete projects with minimal supervision. Qualifications Experience in general construction, maintenance, or a related trade. Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical systems. Experience operating tractors and heavy equipment. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs. Ability to safely use power tools and hand tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Preferred Qualifications Welding and fabrication experience. CDL or ability to obtain one. Experience with diesel engines and hydraulic systems. Farm or agricultural experience. Experience operating excavators, dozers, skid steers, loaders, or other heavy equipment. Small engine repair experience.
