JLJ Inc. is seeking a qualified maintenance technician that will be responsible for the following: Regularly checking the building's structure, systems and equipment. Fixing damages to drywall, doors and interior structures. Maintaining and repairing faucets, sinks, toilets and drains Addressing electrical issues Ensuring HVAC equipment is maintained and working properly Handling various tasks like painting, caulking and other general maintenance needs.

Valid Driver's license Previous General Maintenance Experience High School Education or Equitant Must be willing to drive between 10 store locations Willing to take evening and weekend emergency calls Maintain a regular scheduled of Monday - Friday with a minimum of 8 hours per day.
