MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - LEVEL III
Dynomax , a family-owned company, designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986. We are expanding and are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to join our 1st shift Maintenance team.
Job Responsibilities:
The Machine Maintenance Technician will help us maintain the state-of-the-art equipment. Installation, service, and repairs of CNC Machines and industrial equipment, electric motors, and other related equipment Perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment Assist in the creation, verification, and implementation of SOP Move and replace machinery using fork lifts and dollies through attainment of proper certifications Diagnose and identify faulty electrical components and mechanical components Work at the component level including spindles, bearing packs, ballscrews, lubrication systems, and proper alignment Use gages and other test instruments to diagnose malfunctions and hand and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble system components Fabricate, assemble, and test mechanical system parts as needed, using hand tools, and power tools Replace fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers, electric switches, and other electrical equipment following electrical specifications
Job Requirements:
