Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment and systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably, supporting our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-notch maintenance services. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, mechanical equipment, and electrical components using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Conduct troubleshooting for complex mechanical issues using schematics and technical documentation; resolve problems efficiently to minimize downtime. Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at multiple locations; ensure proper documentation of service activities. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and parts inventory in accordance with operational procedures. Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects and support ongoing construction or renovation efforts as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, HVAC & appliance technology, and MRO (maintenance, repair & operations) practices. Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units and heating systems; familiarity with HVAC & appliance installation is preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to kitchen equipment maintenance and general equipment repair. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; strong troubleshooting skills for complex mechanical issues. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely; construction experience is a plus. Leadership qualities that enable effective team collaboration and project management in maintenance tasks.
