Carrington Pointe Apartments 2475 Cascade Dr. Rock Springs, WY 82901 Position Details Part-time (25 hours per week) Monday through Friday 5 hours per day Occasional on-call responsibilities Starting pay: $16.00 per hour Sick leave benefits available after 90 days of employment Responsibilities Complete general apartment maintenance and repairs Prepare vacant apartments for new residents Perform basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Participate in an occasional on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs Qualifications General maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs Ability to safely operate hand and power tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Why Join Our Team?
