Contractors should be skilled in fiber installation, structured cabling, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting. Reliability and professionalism matter as much as technical skill. Scope of Work Fiber drops & routing — Install aerial, underground, and in‑building fiber and low‑voltage cabling Splicing & termination — Perform fusion and mechanical splicing with accurate documentation Testing & validation — Use OTDR, light meters, and power meters to certify work Troubleshooting & repairs — Locate and resolve signal loss, breaks, and service issues Site readiness & safety — Maintain safe work zones and follow all local codes and standards Contractor Requirements Truck, Van, or SUV to work out of Ability to read maps, prints, and network layouts Ability to work outdoors, in attics, crawlspaces, and at heights Strong communication and documentation skills Compensation Competitive per‑job or per‑foot rates depending on project type Weekly payouts for completed and approved work High‑volume work available for dependable contractors Why Work With Us Consistent workload with expanding fiber projects Clear scopes, fast approvals, and reliable payment Supportive team and streamlined communication Opportunities for long‑term partnerships
