N&D Technical Services - Benton, ArkansasFull-Time | Local Work + Shared Travel N&D Technical Services is looking for an experienced Lead Low Voltage Technician / Foreman who can lead a crew, run projects, communicate with customers, and still work alongside the team. We have been in business for more than 37 years and work on low-voltage and network infrastructure projects both locally and throughout the United States. What You'll Do Lead technicians and manage daily project work Install and troubleshoot Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber Perform fiber splicing, testing, and termination Build and clean up MDF/IDF rooms Install racks, cabinets, patch panels, WAPs, cameras, UPSs, and related equipment Read scopes, prints, and project documentation Coordinate with customers, project managers, and network engineers Complete testing, labeling, photos, and closeout documentation What We're Looking For 5+ years of low-voltage or structured-cabling experience preferred Previous Lead Technician, Foreman, or Crew Lead experience Strong fiber and structured-cabling skills Ability to lead a crew and work independently Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to travel when assigned Local Work + Travel This is not a full-time traveling position . We have local work in Central Arkansas, and travel projects are shared between our Lead Technicians based on workload and scheduling. You may work locally one week and travel on another project the next. Location Requirement You must live within reasonable daily driving distance of our Benton, Arkansas office or be willing to relocate. Technicians generally meet at our Benton office before leaving for local projects or scheduled travel assignments.
