Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial cable and fiber services. Run and terminate coaxial and fiber optic cable, both aerial and underground. Diagnose and troubleshoot signal issues to restore service quickly and efficiently. Set up and activate customer equipment, including modems, routers, and set-top boxes. Test connections to ensure proper signal strength and service quality before job completion. Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including ladder, bucket truck, and PPE use. Provide clear, professional communication with customers regarding work performed.
