We are seeking a skilled and motivated Low Voltage Installation Technician to join our team. As a Low Voltage Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various low voltage systems including alarm systems, surveillance systems, networking infrastructure, Pro audio/video setups, and Residential AV systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and networking equipment according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications. Perform onsite assessments and collaborate with clients to design and implement low voltage solutions tailored to their needs. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective resolutions to ensure optimal system performance. Test and inspect installed systems to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards. Provide training and support to clients on system operation and maintenance procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintain accurate documentation of installation activities, including equipment inventory and work logs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training preferred. Prefer 2 years of experience in low voltage system installation and maintenance. Proficiency in installing and configuring alarm systems, surveillance cameras, networking equipment, Pro audio/video setups, and Residential AV systems. Strong understanding of low voltage wiring, circuitry, and electrical components. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
