Technicians will rotate across three active hospital locations, giving you consistent, long-term work with a growing healthcare client. This is a day shift role with early start times, ideal for reliable techs looking to build steady hours on a high-profile healthcare account. Key Responsibilities Pull structured cabling in active hospital environments Terminate RJ45 jacks to company and client standards Install faceplates level and properly aligned per finish specifications Support cable installation across multiple Banner Health sites as assigned Maintain neat, code-compliant cable runs and terminations Follow all hospital site safety and access protocols Complete daily paperwork, timesheets, and jobsite checklists Required Qualifications Experience pulling cable and terminating RJ45 jacks Comfortable installing faceplates and finish work Reliable transportation and ability to report for early day shift starts (5 AM or 6 AM) Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to hospital site access Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in active commercial construction environments Professional appearance and reliable attendance Benefits and Compensation $22 to $27 per hour based on experience Day shift schedule, 5 AM or 6 AM starts Opportunity for long-term placement after 3 months of solid performance, based on client history of retaining top performers Why Work With Us Steady day shift hours on a major healthcare account Exposure to multiple hospital sites and ongoing project work Path to long-term placement for technicians who perform well Work alongside experienced low voltage crews on active commercial builds #SEG2
