BAY AREA.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structured Cabling Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting structured cabling systems that support data, voice, and telecommunication networks. Your expertise will ensure seamless connectivity for a variety of commercial and industrial clients, contributing to the reliability and efficiency of their network infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop technical skills, and make a tangible impact on our clients' communication systems. Responsibilities Install, terminate, and test CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, and fiber optic cables. Perform site surveys to assess cabling needs and requirements. Install and configure network cabling infrastructure, including patch panels, racks, and cable management systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with network cabling systems. Maintain accurate documentation of installations and repairs. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Cabling Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of network cabling standards and best practices. Experience with CAT6A and fiber optic cabling. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay:

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
