We are looking for an experienced, motivated, hard-working, and knowledgeable individual to install, troubleshoot and repair CCTV, fire/alarm systems. Must have own tools and be able to climb ladders, certified to drive a scissor lift and boom lifts. Drug-free and must have a valid driver's license. please contact us with any questions. Customer service is mandatory with TG security. Technicians must know how to operate and interact with clients. Must have 2 years of experience in Low voltage Summary As a CCTV and Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, including CCTV and fire alarms. Reporting to the Security Systems Manager, you will utilize your core skills in low voltage electrical work, cabling, and schematics to ensure optimal system performance. Your premium skills in computer networking and mechanical knowledge will enhance system design and functionality. With a valid driver's license, you will travel to various job sites, providing exceptional service and support to clients while ensuring their security needs are met effectively. Must know bosch intrusion and fire systems. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair CCTV and alarm systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Utilize hand tools and low voltage equipment to complete installations and troubleshoot issues. Read and interpret schematics to effectively diagnose system malfunctions. Provide field service support, including cabling and electrical work, while adhering to NEC regulations. Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations.
