Join our team at Systems Electronics, Inc., a family-owned subcontract aerospace electronics business in Riverside. We specialize in test box assembly, printed circuit boards, and diverse cable harnesses, providing high-quality solutions for major industry partners.
Job Description:
We are seeking 2 detail-oriented and efficient Cable Assembly Technicians to join us for a high-volume production project. This role is focused on the assembly and fabrication of a large run of straightforward wire and cable assemblies. If you have great hand dexterity, a strong work ethic, and basic manufacturing or electronic assembly experience, we will train you on our specific processes.
Responsibilities:
Follow visual work instructions, schematics, and blueprints to build uniform cable assemblies. Use basic hand tools including wire cutters, strippers, crimp tools, and soldering irons. Maintain a steady production pace to meet project volume targets. Perform basic quality checks on your own work to ensure clean, reliable connections.
Requirements:
Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or electronic production environment preferred. Good hand-eye coordination and experience working with small components/hand tools. Ability to read basic drawings or follow step-by-step assembly instructions. Familiarity with soldering or electronics assembly is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
Note:
Prior exposure to IPC-A-610, IPC-620, or
J-STD-001
standards is helpful but not strictly required for this project.

Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE - Depending on your Experience)
