Veritas Managed Solutions is hiring experienced Lead Technicians to guide field crews and deliver high-quality low-voltage installations throughout Santa Clara and the greater Bay Area. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean work, communicates professionally, and knows how to keep projects moving safely and on schedule.

Non-exempt and overtime eligible ⚡ What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out Lead a crew of approximately 4-6 technicians while remaining hands-on in the field. Earn competitive hourly pay, overtime eligibility, and a performance bonus opportunity. ◆ What You'll Lead and Deliver Direct daily field execution for structured cabling, fiber, and security installation and service work. Assign and coordinate crew responsibilities while keeping quality, safety, and schedule on track. Read blueprints, floor plans, site drawings, and project documentation. Perform and oversee Cat6, fiber, and security-system terminations and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate labeling, project documentation, check-ins, and daily status reports. Communicate clearly during customer updates, site walk-throughs, and work in active or occupied environments. ✅ What You Bring At least four years of low-voltage installation experience in structured cabling, fiber, and/or security systems. At least one year of experience leading, directing, or mentoring technicians. Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and site drawings and solve field issues with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Current certification—or the ability to become certified—to operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and related equipment. ⭐ Experience That Will Help You Stand Out Experience working in occupied commercial or retail properties; familiarity with Leviton, CommScope, Gallagher, Lenel, or Honeywell systems; and relevant industry or OSHA certifications. $ Pay and Benefits $44-$58 per hour, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus opportunity.
