We are a service-based electrical contractor with over 25 years of experience supporting commercial and industrial customers. We are looking for a dependable, motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers and project teams, and can perform low voltage and structured cabling installations in both new and existing facilities. Responsibilities Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot structured cabling and low voltage systems Perform cable rough-in and termination for multiple media types Work with CAT5e, CAT6, optical fiber, coaxial cable, and related cabling systems Perform cable pulling, support, routing, firestopping, termination, labeling, and testing Read and understand construction drawings, low voltage plans, and symbols Perform testing and provide proper documentation of installed cabling Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and modify existing low voltage cabling systems Assist with de-installation, unracking, relocation, and re-installation of servers, switches, routers, cabling, and related equipment Communicate professionally with customers and relay project information to the Project Manager Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow company safety requirements and applicable codes and regulations Qualifications Minimum 1 year of low voltage and/or structured cabling experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to successfully complete required drug and background screening Self-motivated, responsible, punctual, and professional Strong verbal and written communication skills Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift, carry, and set up a 50 lb. ladder and other jobsite materials and equipment Ability to read and understand low voltage construction drawings Ability to interact professionally with customers, contractors, and other trades Preferred Experience Structured cabling systems CAT5e and CAT6 installation and termination Fiber optic cabling Coaxial cabling Cable testing, labeling, and documentation Equipment rack installation and cabling Server, switch, and router de-installation/re-installation Commercial and industrial construction environments Benefits Competitive pay based on experience 401(k) 401(k) matching Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Overtime opportunities Wolf Solutions Group, Inc. is looking for someone who wants to grow with our team and build a long-term career in the low voltage and electrical industry.
