Job Description

Low Voltage Technician Denver, CO | $28-$33/hour | 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Tek One Solutions is seeking experienced Low Voltage Technicians for long-term opportunities supporting commercial tenant improvement projects throughout the Denver area. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with a strong path to permanent employment. Candidates must be local to the Denver market and comfortable working on active commercial construction and retrofit projects.
Compensation & Schedule Pay:
$28-$33/hour, based on experience

Approximately 6 months / 1,040 hours before conversion eligibility

Downtown Denver and surrounding Denver-area project sites

ASAP Schedule:
Primarily day shift Typical hours are approximately 6:00/7:00 AM - 2:00/3:00 PM Hours may vary depending on the project Scope of Work Technicians will support commercial tenant improvement and retrofit projects , performing structured cabling installations from start to finish.
Responsibilities may include:
Pulling, routing and dressing Cat6 and Cat6A cabling Terminating data cabling, jacks, patch panels and related components Building and utilizing proper cable pathways Installing and working with cable tray and other conveyance systems Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and floor plans Completing structured cabling installations from rough-in through final termination Maintaining proper cable management, labeling and workmanship standards Working safely within active commercial environments Candidates with additional experience in fiber optics, access control, security systems or other low-voltage systems are strongly encouraged to apply. Qualifications Previous commercial low-voltage or structured cabling experience Strong Cat6/Cat6A installation and termination experience Ability to understand cable pathways and complete installations from start to finish Ability to read and comprehend blueprints Cable tray or conveyance experience preferred Fiber or access control experience is a plus Must have basic low-voltage hand tools Must have full
PPE OSHA 10
required ; OSHA 30 accepted Must successfully complete a background check Must successfully complete a 5-panel drug screening Must be local to the Denver, CO area Reliable transportation required Interview & Hiring Process Qualified candidates will have their resume reviewed by the project team and participate in a Microsoft Teams interview.
