As a Cable Technician, you'll travel to customer homes installing and servicing telecommunications equipment while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential Internet, TV, Phone, and Security services Diagnose and resolve service issues efficiently Educate customers on their equipment and services Test signal quality and ensure every installation meets company standards Complete upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance Accurately document completed work using mobile applications Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and inventory Follow all company safety policies and procedures Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and certifications What We're Looking For We're more interested in attitude than experience. You could be a great fit if you are: Reliable and dependable Mechanically inclined Comfortable using technology Customer-focused Self-motivated Able to work independently Willing to learn and grow Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 23 years old Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to lift up to 80 pounds Comfortable climbing ladders up to 30 feet Able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends No Experience? Compensation Earn $800-$1,200+ per week Your compensation is performance-based, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as your skills, productivity, and quality improve.
