This role involves installing and servicing access control systems and running low voltage infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

Run and install low voltage cabling (CAT5e/CAT6, fiber) Install, bend, and mount EMT and PVC conduit per code Door strikes Maglocks Door sensors Motion detectors Control panels and power supplies Mount, terminate, and aim CCTV cameras Install and test network equipment (switches, patch panels) Maintain accurate documentation and labeling Track inventory and equipment Communicate clearly with clients on-site Keep job sites clean and organized Follow company standards and electrical codes Maintain job site cleanliness and organization

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Access Control installations Ability to read basic wiring diagrams Understanding of electrical principles as they apply to Low voltage systems Valid Driver's License required Strong commitment to customer service Ability to pass criminal and DMV background checks Detail-oriented with professional communication skills Basic understanding of network fundamentals Familiarity with tools used in low-voltage installations Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Physically able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving climbing, kneeling, or crawling
