Job Description
We are hiring Level II through Lead Low Voltage / Cable Technicians with commercial and industrial construction experience. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hands-on structured cabling experience and can work independently or lead a small crew. Key Responsibilities Pull, dress, label, and terminate copper and fiber cabling Install workstations, laptops, peripherals, racks, patch panels, cable trays, ladder racks, and j-hooks Test all installed cable with appropriate tools Document all installations and terminations Install voice lines and maintain professional conduct on site Requirements 2+ years commercial structured cabling experience Knowledge of Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling Familiarity with voice/data jacks (Leviton, Ortronics, Panduit, Systimax) Experience in MDF/IDF/telecom room environments Ability to read blueprints and work independently Fiber termination and patch panel experience (preferred) Experience leading a crew (preferred) Certifications (Preferred) OSHA 10 Boom/Scissor Lift Fall Protection Additional Information Employment contingent upon post-offer background check and drug screening Must provide references, have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and basic hand tools Pay based on experience Equal Employment Opportunity We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
