We have work available now and are looking for dependable, motivated technicians who are ready to get into the field and work. Experienced technicians are encouraged to apply, and training is available for qualified candidates with no previous experience. Compensation & Opportunity Potential earnings up to $1,450 per week $100 daily per diem Weekly pay Production-based compensation 1099 independent contractor opportunity Work available Monday through Saturday Training provided Tools/meters may be available for rent if needed High current work demand Immediate onboarding What You'll Do As a Fiber and Cable Installation Technician with AG Van Force, you will complete assigned telecommunications installation and service work while maintaining company and client standards for quality, safety, professionalism, and customer service.
Responsibilities may include:
Completing fiber and coax installation and service assignments Troubleshooting service issues Testing and verifying completed work Using meters and field equipment Completing assigned work orders accurately Documenting completed work Communicating with field supervisors Maintaining professional standards at customer locations Vehicle Requirement Technicians are required to have their own white van or white pickup truck suitable for telecommunications field work. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Tools & Equipment Technicians should have the tools and equipment necessary to complete assigned work. Rental options may be available for certain tools and meters if needed. What We're Looking For Dependable and motivated Professional in the field Comfortable working independently Able to follow safety and quality requirements Ready to work in a production-based environment Previous fiber, coax, cable installation, telecommunications, broadband, or field service experience is preferred but not required Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred No Experience?
