We install and support CCTV, drive-thru, audio, and network systems for restaurant operators and businesses across the Southeast, including many multi-location QSR franchise groups. Role Overview We are hiring a Senior CCTV Technician to lead camera system installs and service work in the Augusta, GA area. You will run jobs from start to finish, sometimes with a junior technician, and serve as the point person on site for the customer. This is not an entry-level role. You will be expected to plan the work, configure systems without step-by-step direction, solve problems in the field, and help train less experienced technicians. Key Responsibilities Lead IP-based CCTV installs and service work, mostly for multi-location restaurant operators Plan job execution: review scope, confirm camera locations and materials, and sequence the work before arriving on site Run, terminate, and test camera cabling Configure and commission systems, including NVRs, IP cameras, PoE switches, routers, and remote viewing Verify camera coverage, recording, and retention settings against the customer's requirements before closing out a job Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, including network and connectivity problems Direct and train helpers and junior technicians on site Communicate with customers and store managers on scope, progress, and issues Complete accurate job documentation, including as-builts, camera lists, IP schedules, and photos Keep accurate time records and follow company vehicle and fuel card policies Flag scope changes and site issues to the office before acting on them CCTV/ Networking Expectations You should already be able to do the following without supervision: Plan and assign IP addressing for camera systems Configure NVRs, recording schedules, retention, and remote access Set up and troubleshoot PoE switches, including power budgets and port issues Configure routers, including port forwarding and connectivity troubleshooting Test and confirm that a system records, retains, and streams correctly before leaving the site Work with customer IT or ISP contacts when issues fall outside our scope

What We're Looking For Required :

5+ years of commercial low-voltage field experience, with at least 3 focused on IP-based CCTV Proven experience running CCTV jobs independently, including leading a helper or crew Hands-on experience configuring NVRs, IP cameras, and PoE networks Experience running and terminating structured cabling Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets our insurance requirements Ability to climb ladders, work on lifts, lift 50+ lbs, and work in tight or elevated spaces

Preferred :

Experience with cloud-managed video platforms QSR or multi-location retail experience Low-voltage license, BICSI, or camera manufacturer certifications Compensation & Benefits $25+/hour (before tax), based on experience and capability Take-home company vehicle and fuel card Tools provided Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) Paid time off Consistent, year-round work Schedule & Travel Full-time, weekday schedule. Overtime eligible. Weekend work is rare. Our customers are spread across the Southeast, but most work is in Georgia and South Carolina, particularly our core markets of Augusta and Columbia.
