You must have your own Vehicle able to carry a 28ft extension ladder to be considered. Shifts will be discussed during the interview process. Summary Installs, terminates, tests, and troubleshoots communications cable systems by performing the following duties. Eligibility Requirements Clean background check, with no felony ever and no misdemeanor within 5 years. No open warrants. Personal Vehicle able to carry a 28ft ladder Truck, van, or SUV (white) in good working condition to work out of. Valid vehicle insurance and driver's license. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug tests while employed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Coax and fiber work Pulls cables, such as coaxial, twisted pair, and other cable types, through conduit, above ceilings, through crawl spaces, and between floors. Installs modular connectors for data and telephone users. Uses cable testing equipment to troubleshoot problems. Provides new users and existing users with cable and modular connections, and relocates cable connections for existing users. Installs user-end equipment, such as set top boxes, cable modems, routers, and telephony equipment
